FRAP represents four fundamental business levers. Every business already has them — most businesses have never pulled them on purpose.

Referrals
Could customers, strategic partners and other businesses generate more introductions?
Average Ticket
Could each customer relationship be worth more through packages, upgrades, cross-sells or additional services?
Price
Are your pricing, margins and offers producing the profit they should?

In exchange, selected business owners need to participate honestly, complete the assessment, provide enough information for meaningful analysis and be willing to work through selected Profit Lab exercises.
Some portions of the experiment may be documented publicly.
Individual sensitive financial information will not automatically be displayed publicly without permission.
Why lock myself in an Airbnb for six days?
I've spent decades building businesses, selling services, creating products and studying what causes businesses to become more profitable.
My business partner, Josh Latimer, developed a framework built around four fundamental profit levers: Frequency. Referrals. Average Ticket. Price. FRAP.
Instead of simply telling business owners these ideas work, I want to put the framework into a live laboratory with real local businesses.
